Terms of Service for Enchanted Moments

Welcome to Enchanted Moments's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All content provided on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site or found by following any link on this site.

2. Enchanted Moments reserves the right to modify or terminate any service we offer at any time without notice.

3. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of our website or services. Any such violations may result in criminal and/or civil penalties against the violator.

4. Enchanted Moments is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. All deposits paid are final and non-refundable but are transferrable if we are given more than 7 days' notice.

7. By submitting any content (including but not limited to reviews, comments, or feedback) to our website, you grant Enchanted Moments a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

8. The Customer bears all risk in relation to the equipment and its use until the equipment is safely returned to the company in its original condition. All use of equipment is the customer's liability, and the customer must take adequate precautions. whilst all care is taken by us, no responsibility will be assumed by Enchanted Moments for any injuries resulting from the use of our products.
9. A Refundable Bond of $100 is required at the time of a booking to secure the date. The bond will be returned via bank transfer within 3-4 days after the event. If there is any loss or damage to the equipment you will be charged at the current replacement value, and it will be deducted from your bond. If the damage exceeds the cost of your bond, you will then be invoiced for the current value and you will then have 30 days to complete the payment.
